Manager is presently Rs.15925 – 655 / 4 –18545 – 815 / 5 – 22620 – 980 / 2 – 24580 – 1145 / 8 – 33740 – 1460 / 1 - 35200 (21 stages) +3 stagnation increments of Rs. 1460/- each biannually after reaching maximum in the scale. At present the total starting emoluments are around Rs.33,000/- per month, inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates. The pay scale is due for revision as per bi-partite settlement. The scale of pay for the post of Staff Assistant is presently Rs.11765 -570/5–14615– 655 / 6 – 18545 – 815 / 5 – 22620 – 980 / 2 – 24580 -1145 / 5 – 30305 (24 stages) + 4 stag. Increments of Rs.1145/- each biannually after reaching maximum in the scale. At present the total starting emoluments are around Rs.24,000/- per month, inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates. The pay scale is due for revision as per bi-partite settlement. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Candidate should be a local candidate of the State of Andhra Pradesh. The DCC Bank has its area of operations as the District and as such all positions are within the District and suitable for Local Candidates only. Accordingly, candidates local to the District (candidates having domicile of the district), only are eligible to apply for the posts. Educational Qualification for Staff Assistant / Clerks: (As on date of notification) Graduation of a recognized university and Knowledge of English and proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential Knowledge of computers is essential. Educational Qualification for Assistant Manager: (As on date of notification) Graduation of a recognized university with 60% aggregate marks or commerce graduate with 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university. Preference to the candidates with PG as also with qualifications in discipline like economics, Statistics and also additional qualifications like Diploma from IIBF, Mumbai. Preference will be given to candidate with computer knowledge.

(i) Local Candidate: a) If he/she has studied in an educational institution(s) in Local Area above, for a period of not less than four consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or, as the case may be, first appeared for SSC or equivalent examination; or b) Where during the whole or any part of the four consecutive academic year sending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be, first appeared for the SSC or equivalent examination he/she has not studied in any educational institution(s), if he/she has resided in the Local Area above for a period of not less than four years immediately preceding the date of commencement of the SSC or equivalent examination in which he /she appeared or as the case may be, first appeared. 1) Desirable : Proficiency in Telugu language.
AGE (as on 01.10.2021) : Staff Assistant & Assistant Manager Minimum: 18 years & Maximum: 30 years. There are relaxations in upper age limit for certain categories.
